Through years of teaching, I observed a common issue: while students might be able to read, they often struggle to comprehend and speak English effectively. This deficiency hampers their academic success and future career opportunities. Even in English medium schools, students from rural backgrounds face language barriers, impacting their performance in school and beyond.
Making Education Easy: Introducing Language Lab
Driven by the need for a transformative solution, my experiences with nearly 6000 students led to the creation of an innovative English Lab and Basic Linguistic Development Program. Acknowledging the importance of the Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing (LSRW) skills, our program, named REAL (Refined English for Academic Learning), addresses this critical aspect of language acquisition. Catering to students from Senior KG to Grade 8, REAL prioritizes LSRW over traditional teaching methods.
